This residence, for a semi-retired couple from Texas, is sited adjacent to a golf course on a moderately sloped parcel. With a certain eye towards future resale and in consideration of positioning the residence to take advantage of the course view on a relatively small site, the planning approach favored a compact, split-level solution.
